Abstract: “In this talk, I retrace the results of 70 years of human cingulate cortex intracerebral electrical stimulation, focusing on the studies conducted by our group in collaboration with the “Claudio Munari” Epilepsy Center (Milan) and discussing the contribution of stimulation studies to our understanding of the anatomo-functional and clinical aspects of this wide cortical region.“
