My work aims to determine the ontogeny of the endogenous molecular machinery of the mammalian retinal clock. I will also explore when during the development, the retinal clock begin to respond to light and the relative contributions of the different photoreceptors in this response using in vivo and in vitro approaches in photoreceptor-deficient mice.
