NeurOrga

NeurOrga is a Brain organoid derivation and analysis platform to facilitate stem cell research  by providing cutting-edge stem cell technologies, services and knowhow.

NeurOrga

  1. provides brain organoïd cultures on demand, derived from iPSCs that will be maintained in a biobank;
  2. actively develops new protocols and procedures to improve clinically-relevant organoïds for exploratory basic and clinical research on early stages of brain development, for screening of molecules with the aim of identifying new drugs, upstream of the development of clinical trials;
  3. helps researchers, postdocs and PhD students to integrate the use of stem cells and organoïds into their research projects by providing training, help and solutions for stem cell quality control, including karyotyping, authentication of cell lines and marker expression.

NeurOrga is an Inserm infrastructure (https://infrastructures.inserm.fr/Pages/ficheinfrastructure.aspx?infrastructureId=2131)  will be part of the Organoïd GDR (https://gdr-organoides.cnrs.fr/).
