Research interests

Olivier Raineteau received its Ph.D. degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich (2000) where he became interested in the capacity and limitations of the central nervous system to reorganize after a lesion. His work aims at better understanding the basic mechanisms controlling the behavior of neural stem cells in the postnatal central nervous system in order to design innovative approaches to recruit these cells after lesion or in pathologies.
